General Conditions for a windsurfing, kitesurfing and surfing lesson in OXO Team School

The instructor conducts the lesson according to the client’s physical condition and age.

The instructor defines the technical difficulty of the exercised elements according to the declared by the client level of windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing and swimming abilities.

The instructor has the right to define himself the client’s real physical state and level of windsurfing, kitesurfing and surfing, if they differ from the declared ones.

The client has to wear a well fastened life vest during the whole lesson, regardless of his / her level of windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing and swimming abilities.

The client has to obey all the teacher’s instructions about the riding techniques, choice of wind direction and force and safety in the water.

The instructors have the right to cancel any lesson if they decide that the client is not in the right physical or mental state for windsurfing, kitesurfing or surfing lesson due to use of alcohol, drugs or any other medicines, drinks or substances which may affect the client’s reactions and ability to really judge the surrounding environment.

Responsibility Limits

Attention: The windsurfing, kitesurfing or surfing training can lead to accidental light injuries like bruises and grazes resulting from falling, light mast or board hits which cannot be always foreseen or avoided by the instructor.

The instructor and OXO Team School are not responsible for client’s injuries or traumas as well as equipment damages and failures resulting from:

- Any client’s actions differing from the teacher’s instructions.
- A third party collisions in the water or on the beach.
- Any Life Guards’ or Emergency personnel’s actions.
- Any collisions with jet-ski, motor boats or any other vessels out of the OXO Team School’s water zone.
